Seek yon large Treasure Chests and maybe you will see a colored box in your inventory. If so it means you have a Possessed Weapon. So you can bypass that large boss fight and drain on your health if you get lucky with a NPC or a large Treasure Chest. If you see the colored box and odd name- you can rename your Possessed Weapon and customize it. Dyann’s Focused Can of Whuppass, or Stiletto Breaker were a few of mine. To use your Possessed Weapon click the inventory button and choose upgrade to change that, a stats upgrade, or add a few of your own. When you click upgrade, you can sacrifice some of your other weapons will increase stats and up the weapons effects.

It’s pretty simple to upgrade. If your Possessed weapon is selected, while actively in your inventory, just hit the upgrade button. Search through talismans, your armour, or disposable weapons you can feed to the possessed one. You can’t just choose anything it has to be White, Blue, or Green. Blue offers the bigger increase in weapon experience points, while white is the weakest in this area with low numbers. That the facts, Jack… but every rule can be broken with some heebeejeebee fun ha-ha. The magic of the Talismans of course do everything bassackwards. Talismans really are your best weapon enhancers if you plan on using anything for Possessed Weapon boosters.

For a quicker and bigger boost for weapon experience over its weapon armour or weapon counterpart, choose the Talisman in White. Blue or Green will be in the same mode.

After you pumped it up 5 levels, now’s time to choose some tasty enhancements for that special little weapon of yours who has been getting all the lovin’. Sadly enhancements will not stack; it just goes with the biggest number.

The best tactic is to build in one area, do not spread out your lovin too much. Kind of like real life, all that lovin comes back to bite you in the end if it’s redirected to your weapon.  Keep your sh** in one pile as they say here in the South, and make a Uber weapon that’s highly lethal.

Kind of like the “maser-daser-shmaser-bobaser-banannafanafofaser-laser” gun you can make with the Munchkin Card game …and do NOT want turned onto yourself! And you want to build 2 nice ones that support one another, more so than sorting through an inventory with a whole bunch of  ½ cocked enhancements. Focused killing is where its at in Darksiders 2.

You want to aim that baby and kill with 2-3 hits anything that moves, maybe some small bosses too!

Put on some MegaDeth as with Darksiders 2 you will be humming “ Killing Is My Business… and Business Is Good!” when you whip out the jacked up Possessed Weapon you made all by your widdle self!
