A title that seemed to be a bit under the radar, considering all the summer hype of Diablo 3, Max Payne 3 etc – Sleeping Dogs should be released on August 14th 2012, and so far it seems to be a pretty action packed game. Taking place in Hong Kong you will become an under-covered cop, in the middle of Triad War.

In detailed open world you are given freedom to do whatever it is that Triad members do. Apart from the standard lifestyle (gambling, betting, racing, Karaoke signing…) you will be able to do the classic MPW, also know as Money, Power, Women (by classical philosopher Tony Montana). But instead of arcade-like GTA – you will be engaged into a deeper and darker story, with all the said features worked out to maximum details, starting with combat which actually feels like it could really be a street fight rather than Tetris, continuing for example with your career growth in Triads, or power in Hong Kong. Now, we will just wait and see what happens in August. Watch and enjoy:
