Today CCP releases its 17th expansion to EVE Online.  After last years problems and active users numbers dropping CCP is pushing forward to deliver to EVE players. Unfortunately it seems that the dedication to their core title is taking some speed from the World Of Darkness boat. – title about which no news are released for some time now.

Mostly players were unhappy about latest CCP expansions as they did not bring anything new to the game, this one seems as CCP reaction on that as it is packed with new features (and also corrections of old mistakes).  One of the new features that caught my attention is Mercenary Marketplace, where you can now search and compare mercenary groups, and then hire them to do your shady deals.

Or a War Declaration System which enables you to manage and monitor all the bloody wars your faction is waging. Also you will now be able to set surrender amounts for enemy fractions, exploiting them both financially and morally – making the war even more fun.

The changes are quite substantial and are enabling the players to enjoy the  sandbox structure with even more features, you may check all the changes Here.  Of course all eyes are also on Dust 514 which in my perspective will be one of those milestone events in cross-platform gaming. Hope they do not neglect the World of Darkness development… As usual CCP releases a trailer that lures me back in the game…
